Ally Chiu is a corporate and securities attorney with experience in private funds and investment management, corporate and cross-border tax, financial instruments, and commercial transactions.
Prior to joining Ross Law Group, PLLC, Ally worked in the private funds and investment management group at Day Pitney LLP and the tax and financial instruments groups at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.
Ally received her law degree from Harvard, where she was active in the leadership of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA) and Rootstrikers.
Ally received her Bachelor of Arts from New York University, double majoring in Global Liberal Studies and East Asian Studies, and minoring in French. She spent two years studying abroad, spending her freshman year in Paris, France and her junior year in Shanghai, China.
Ally is admitted to the New York Bar. In addition to her native tongue of English, she also speaks Chinese (Mandarin) and French.
