Nuri Shin is the Office Manager and corporate paralegal at Ross Law Group, PLLC, where she both ensures the smooth operation of the firm and handles all corporate and securities filings. Nuri plays a key role in the firm’s investment adviser practice, assisting both registered investment advisers (RIAs) and exempt reporting advisers (ERAs) in opening an account with and submitting the Form ADV to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Prior to joining Ross Law Group, Nuri worked for the immigration law firms Choi & Park P.C. and Epstein Becker & Green P.C., as well as the NYC real estate development management company Eunhasu Corporation, where she built her experience as a professional office executive assistant and paralegal with a track record of strong performance in a high-volume, high-pressure corporate environment.
Nuri attended Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business, where her studies focused on business administration. She is bilingual in Korean and English and has worked as a freelance translator for various corporate workshop events.
Nuri is a wellness enthusiast and avid reader and enjoys spending time finding up-and-coming spots in the city, which she then keeps secret from the firm’s managing partner.
