Rodion is a corporate and securities attorney focusing primarily on corporate transactions and corporate governance.
Before joining Ross Law Group, PLLC, Rodion had his own law practice in New York, where he served clients with respect to diverse matters such as general corporate and startup law; business and commercial litigation; and contract drafting and debt collection.
Rodion was formerly a member of the Equity and Debt Markets practice group in the London office of Linklaters, where he advised on capital markets transactions and on general compliance with U.S. securities laws. Rodion also spent time as an associate in the Corporate practice group at Kane Kessler in New York, where he represented clients in regard to corporate governance and securities matters.
Rodion is the founder and CEO of Drone Consulting Services LLC, a consulting organization focused on providing legal guidance to businesses to use drones in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration policies concerning unmanned aerial vehicles.
Prior to attending law school, Rodion was an analyst in the Investment Banking group at J.P. Morgan. From 2009 to 2015, Rodion was the CEO (and co-founder) of Financiers Without Borders, a non-profit organization focused on cultivating business leaders in developing nations.
Rodion is admitted to the New York bar. He is fluent in Russian and conversational in Spanish.
