Shreemoyee Bhaduri is a corporate/securities lawyer at Ross Law Group, PLLC. Shreemoyee works extensively on private investment fund formation and operation, both crossborder and national, and the associated regulatory requirements. She also helps guide startups through their formation phase.
Prior to joining Ross Law Group, PLLC, Shreemoyee received her LLM degree from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she concentrated on securities and corporate law. At Vanderbilt, she researched shareholder class action lawsuit comparisons between the United States and other countries under distinguished Professor Randall Thomas. She also worked at a multinational corporation where she wrote extensively on state tax law.
Shreemoyee received her law degree from the Institute of Law, Nirma University, India, passing with honors in corporate law. At Nirma, she was the editor-in-chief of Law Review and received a gold medal for outstanding academic excellence. Shreemoyee held multiple internships with top-tier firms in India, where she specialized in private equity and general corporate law.
